Accepting referral inquiries for supportive housing and stabilization services in Solano County. Placement in our three facilities is coordinated by Solano Impact Care.

Hazels Tranquility Place is a structured, supportive housing program in Solano County created to help people stabilize during vulnerable transitions.
We provide a safe, nurturing environment for adults who need more than shelter. Residents may be recovering from hospitalization, navigating housing instability, rebuilding after justice involvement, or working toward long-term recovery and independence.
Our approach combines dignity, structure, accountability, and compassionate support so each resident has the opportunity to move forward with stability.
Hazels Tranquility Place was founded by Fairfield Councilwoman K Patrice Williams and named in honor of her mother. It was created to fill the gap between crisis and stability by offering safe housing, compassionate structure, and a pathway forward.
K Patrice Williams has led an exemplary career, working as a public servant, community leader, and businesswoman. Ms. Williams holds a Juris Doctorate from the San Francisco Law School and she holds bachelors degrees in marketing and economics. She has held many titles including Chief Marketing Strategist, Adjunct Professor, and Director of Marketing, each of which has given her the opportunity to engage with unique individuals from every walk of life. Whether she is working with small local organizations or globally recognized brands, she brings the same level of passion and professionalism to every one of her endeavors.
